Food and Drinks
Breakfast - served in the Living Room from 7:30 to 10:30 daily. A specific breakfast time may, however, be scheduled.
No pets are allowed.
All rooms have central heating, to make your stay more comfortable. Please contact us if you require assistance.
Porta Azul has a baby-sitting service, if you require.
Porta Azul has a massage service, if you require.
Ceremonial dinners, Catering and Meetings
The garden and living room may host various types of events.
The extra bed service is available at no additional cost.
Internet access over our wireless network is free of charge. Tablets may be loaned free of charge. Please contact us for the username and password.
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Maestro.
Keys and Check-out
The room keys are personal and valid to 12:00 of the scheduled day of departure. Please contact us if you need assistance or you wish to leave later. We shall be happy to take the measures required to extend your departure time, depending on availability.
Personal cheques will only be accepted with prior authorisation of the Management of Porta Azul.
Safes and Valuables
Porta Azul has safes in the rooms. You may request at reception that valuables be kept in our main safe. Porta Azul shall not be liable for any object or values that have not previously been declared.
Porta Azul aims to continuously improve its services, monitoring those services and analysing all opinions and suggestions of our customers. Accordingly, we would be grateful for your opinions (or suggestions) sent to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to send correspondence, please contact us. We will provide paper and envelopes.
The rooms are equipped with a voltage of 220 V. You may obtain adapters from reception when required.
You may request a wake-up call.
You may park in the fee-charging Palácio Cristal car park across the road.
Porta Azul has services at your disposal that ensure you enjoy the maximum comfort of your room.
Standard Laundry Service: Monday to Saturday, delivery within 24 hours.
If you do not wish to be disturbed when in your room please put out the Do Not Disturb sign.
The reception of Porta Azul, operating 12 hours per day (08:00 AM – 20:00 PM), can provide all the information you require on the following services, through personalised and multilingual assistance: Safes, tourism information, car rentals, fax services, photocopying, e-mail, newspapers, wake-up services, medical services, transport information and bookings, luggage.

All the necessary measures have been taken to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event of any situation, we recommend that all our guests are familiar with the basic recommendations for such occurrences.

In Case of Fire
In the event of fire, report it immediately. Leave the room. If the exits are blocked, stay in the room and place wet clothes around the gaps between doors and the doorframe. Try to signal your presence in the room through the window. Remain in a position so that you can be seen through the window.
